Hello! I'm Julie Patel, ACE certified personal trainer.
I'm a mind-body specialist and I work to help you get healthier and feel more confident. 

Kickstarting Healthy Lifestyles

My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to coaching my clients.

Holistic approach to fitness and wellness throughout - getting you the best results.  My methods are based on a unique area of expertise - combining science with real world application and results.  I have worked with 100s of women developing unique solutions that best align with client goals.

All of my programs are developed and customised to target client goals. Programs are specifically designed and built on a foundation of east meets west expertise and solutions to deliver the best outcomes.

I have been coaching women for over 3 years and developing programmes specifically focussed on helping women reach their goals.  My education and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you with the tools and methods needed to live healthier lifestyles.

I can analyse your body type, BMI, metabolism and more to create your individualized fitness plan - using an expertly designed mind-body approach.

Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our patients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. My ultimate goal is to help you feel more confident in mind and body.
